I am changing my jewelry name from Three Feathers Jewelry to Maren Dunn Studio

After a great deal of thought, and discomfort with the name Three Feathers Jewelry, I am going back to an old name I had for my earlier business. I am going to be using Maren Dunn Studio.

I am Scandanavian and am investigating my Sami roots, but I feel that the Three Feathers is some cultural appropriation of Native Americans, since that is where I live. I don't feel comfortable with it, even though it was given to me by spirit. Maren Dunn is from my birth name and my mother's maiden name. I always loved it, and will hopefully have a grandchild with that name someday. :) So I am going forward by going backward.

I've been using more feathers and native inspired elements in my jewelry. I realize that it is very trendy now, but that's not why I'm doing it. I am a student of shamanism, and when I meditate/journey, I see a lot of jewelry in visions, of a sort, so I try to make some of it. Much of it is above my skill level, but some of it is within my abilities. These pieces are some that have come to me.
